These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Delhihotelspa website and the services provided at our physical sanctuary in Delhi. By accessing our platform or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms, which ensure a safe, professional, and luxury experience for all our guests.

1. Reservation & Booking

To maintain the exclusivity and precision of our wellness therapies, all reservations are subject to the following:

• Advance booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred therapist and suite.
• Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow for our arrival ritual.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened therapy duration to avoid affecting subsequent reservations.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. However, to respect the time of our master therapists, we enforce a strict cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service charge.
• "No-shows" will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.

3. Professional Conduct

Delhihotelspa maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior, harassment, or non-professional conduct. Our therapists reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if a guest's behavior is deemed inappropriate, with no refund provided.

4. Health & Safety

Guests must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical injuries prior to the commencement of any treatment. Delhihotelspa is not liable for any reactions or complications resulting from non-disclosure of such information.

5. Valuables & Personal Property

While we provide secure lockers in our private suites, Delhihotelspa accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuable items at home when visiting the sanctuary.

6. Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be settled in full upon completion of the service. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash.

7. Modifications to Services

Delhihotelspa reserves the right to modify its service menu, pricing, and operational hours at any time without prior notice. However, existing reservations will be honored at the price confirmed at the time of booking.
